International Violin Competition
“Andrea Postacchini”
CVI“AP” -
The world violin competition
The idea, donated in August 1993 to the Antiqua Marca Firmana Cultural Center, came from the mind of the brilliant creator for his desire to give life to an international competition in the ancient and suggestive center of Fermo and satisfy the love for his hometown and his Wife.
Since the first Edition in 1994, the International Violin Competition (dedicated to the Fermo violin maker "Andrea Postacchini") has shown itself to the world with its evident peculiarities which together with the particular city scenography have generated year after year a succession of events full of indelible memories.
