Intensive week of judgement in Fermo was over.
Many of my students in the past came back with enthusiasm after participating in the Postacchini violin competition.
I could finally, as president of the jury see why this competition is so successful.
Coming from all around the world, everyone finds in the beautiful city of Fermo an atmosphere of friendship and welcome.
The level, specially from the youngest categories was amazing, technically and with fresh musical spontaneity.
My thanks to the very well chosen members of the jury who listened with great care and fairness each candidate, also to the local organization which was absolutely perfect.
My best and warm wishes for the future of each candidate, you made this competition truly exceptional.
